Volunteers Needed

Last year we had nearly 100 volunteers helping throughout the day:  in the kitchen, selling raffle tickets, pumpkins & mums, cleaning up and having FUN.  The festival is not only a fundraiser, it is a great way to build community and get to know your fellow parishioners.  You can volunteer in the event planning or by contributing your time and talent for as little as 2 hours on the day of the festival.

You or your business can support the Festival as a patron at one of the three sponsorship levels - $100, $250 or $500. You can choose to be a general sponsor or sponsor a specific event/booth.  All patrons will be displayed on signage at the event and acknowledged in the bulletin.

 Looking for more Trucks

Do you or someone you know have a big truck that kids would love to see? Returning to this year’s Fall Festival is a “Touch a Truck” and we will be featuring many truck types. If you know a person or business that has any kind of vehicle which captures the imagination of kids (construction equipment, fire/police vehicles, delivery truck, etc.) who may be willing to display it at the Festival, please contact us.

Attention Bakers

The Baked Goods booth at the Fall Festival needs you!  We need your specialty – breads, coffee cakes, pies, cakes, jellies and jams, as well as individually wrapped or small bags of brownies, cookies, rice krispie treats, peanut brittle, cake pops … whatever you like to make, someone would love to eat.  Mark your calendar, get out your apron and plan to bake for the Festival.  Donations for the baked goods booth will be accepted on Friday, September 21.

If you can help out with any of the above,  please call the parish office at 203-847-4549 or email
